The Tiger Woods case. In In My Humble Opinion.

Sunday, November 29th, 2009

Something tells me she hit him in the head with that golf club. That would explain a great deal as to his drifting in and out of consciousness, acting like he was injured in what was clearly a minor collision.
Seems like the following is the possible scenario.

They argue.
She slaps him and scratches him.
He gets angry and gets up to leave.
She chases him out to the garage. He starts the car and backs out.
She grabs a club and chases him hitting the car and breaks the back window as he leaves.
He is distracted by her aggression and hits the fire hydrant and then the tree.
Hits his mouth on the steering wheel.
(or She breaks the back window out of spite, NOT to get him out..)
He crawls out and she hits him over the head with the golf club.
He’s unconscious, that would explain a great deal as to his drifting in and out of consciousness, acting like he was injured in what was clearly a minor collision. and is on the ground when the police arrive.
In My Humble Opinion.
She has remorse as he lays on the ground recovering from the jolt

Also, the tabloid is the same one that broke Edwards love child story.
Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn.

Momentum Building Towards Climate Change Progress in Copenhagen

The summit of political leaders who are to gather in Copenhagen have been given an extra incentive towards strong action in combating man made climate change recently from various sources. Despite the recent controversy from leaked emails in what some have termed Climategate, both developing countries, the Commonwealth of Nations, and the world’s scientific experts have given their endorsement of sweeping and binding accords.

Stimulus My Ass

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

Mark Metzger

I hear that Obama and the cronies of his administration are reporting that the Stimulus package has created or saved over 640,000 jobs. We borrowed $787 billion with the sole intention of making the economy go. Well, it is going all right—going, going, gone—directly into the crapper!

Since the majority of this money was political paybacks to constituencies such as unions and Obama’s old friends from ACORN and SEIU, it is no wonder that this list of supposedly “shovel ready” projects is a miserable failure. Creating more government jobs helps no one, as government does not create wealth, but instead takes it and consumes it from those who earn it.
The fact of the matter is that since the passage of the Stimulus bill, the unemployment rate has reached the highest rate since 1983 at 10.2%. We now discover that these jobs “created or saved” numbers are also inflated at best and completely fictitious at worst. They exist in a vacuum—they suck! Unfortunately for the Obama administration, since the Stimulus, over three million people have become unemployed. This means the stimulus has not created jobs, but lost them!
Consider this: If we had simply suspended corporate income taxes and capital gains taxes for two years, plus payroll taxes for all workers for that same period, the $787 billion could have been used to create more than 14.3 million jobs at an average salary of $55,000 each—well above the national average. That would have qualified as a true economic stimulus.
Instead, Obama has embarked on job-killing policies hidden under the lie of social policy reform. Keep in mind that whenever a politician uses the word “reform,” it is code for “we’re taking over!” With Health Care, Crap and Tax and the expiration of the Bush tax cuts in 2010, Obama will end up costing another 7-10 million Americans their jobs thereby raising unemployment to levels not seen since the 1930s. What kind of economic program is this?
What we need is no excuses, no B.S. leadership of the conservative kind. Only freeing America’s working class from the oppression of dependency programs and burdensome taxes will jump-start our economy. Of course, Democrats will lose under this scenario, since their base mostly consists of unemployed tree-hugging losers that live in their parents’ basements, barely legal union workers that don’t know how their dues are spent, and hapless feminists and elitists whose joy in life is to force their radical views on the majority of Americans. Why can’t these loons all live in one place? They sort of do in San Francisco, I guess.

But let’s not give up the ship just yet. Every two years we have a chance to do some stimulating of our own. I look forward to Harry Reid and company standing in the unemployment line, in a political sense anyway. For what it is worth Democrats, listen to us on the radical right as you pack your bags next year—STIMULUS MY ASS!
